The EVICS Childcare Scholarship provides temporary childcare assistance to families who demonstrate financial need and for whom other funding sources are not available.
High quality, accessible childcare is crucial for working families and provides a solid early learning foundation for young children. EVICS connects families to licensed childcare providers and preschools in Estes Park through access of the Childcare Directory.
Families with children pre-natal through kindergarten can enroll in Parents as Teachers for free. They receive free, monthly home visits with an assigned Parent Educator.
Childcare Provider Support
EVICS offers free, or low cost, training opportunities for licensed childcare providers and early childhood professionals. Our monthly training events meet state licensing for training credit hours.
Through partnerships with community and state of Colorado agencies, EVICS works to increase licensed childcare capacity in the Estes Valley. Individuals or organizations wishing to become a licensed provider are encouraged to contact us for more information and pre-licensing assistance.
Parents need support and networks to thrive in their role. EVICS provides parenting classes throughout the year ranging in topics. We are also available to come speak to your group on a variety of topics, or schedule private development consultations with a Parent Educator and your family.
EVICS is completely supported through grants and donations. Make an impact on our community through your 100% tax-deductible donation today!
EVICS wants to meet the diverse needs of every family in the Estes Valley Community. At our programs and events, our Bilingual Parent Educator is often present. If you would like translated documents or services at any EVICS programs, please contact us.
